Brief description about the Project:
Ca.Bu.Re.Ra aims at promoting the collaboration among Mediterranean territories by offering mobility and professional development opportunities to young people. The project will involve 90 people (30 youth workers and 60 young unemployed) from partners’ country offering them the opportunity to live a professional experience abroad. They will be hosted by partner organizations and provide them with training in: project cycle management; foreign language; management of projects with local organizations; etc. Thus, the participants will work with experienced organizations active at Euro-Mediterranean level in an international work environment developing technical skills on project management, mediation skills and intercultural competences. At the same time, the project will support the development of civil society organizations and public authorities promoting networking both at local and international level.
The services involved:
- Mobility of 90 young people: (30 youth workers and 60 young unemployed) to be involved in a 4 month training period,
- Relay Race: exchange and training among participants in each partner’s countries,
- 2 Months internship for 60 young unemployed in their country of origin,
- Active involvement of local organizations: to wide their dimension to the Mediterranean area through collaboration,
- CaBuReRa Platform: an interactive tool that you can consult to interact with participants, leave your idea, learn more about project management, policies and funding opportunities at Euro-Mediterranean level,
- Local and International Dissemination Seminars,
- Handbook on project management at Euro-Mediterranean level developed by the participants,
